Please be advised that the surgery is currently experiencing difficulties with our phone lines.

 We are aware of this, have alerted our phone provider and they are working to rectify the issue. 

When calling the practice outside of reception hours, the line may continue ringing and you will not hear the voice message to direct you to our emergency line or Out of Hours Services. 

In this case, please hang up and contact the surgery number again - the message should be heard after 3 rings.
